The French fries at the onsite restaurant were out of this world! The historical vibes and heated pool added charm, while the friendly staff were always ready to help. Don't miss the nearby Sheetz for a quick snack fix and the movie theater across the way for entertainment.
One young staff member was a bit rude, and there was a hiccup with our reservation. Despite that, the overall experience sparkled like a gem in Gettysburg's historic setting.

we stayed at Wyndham and had a great experience. the indoor pool was spacious and clean, and our 6-year-old loved it! the staff was wonderful and always friendly. the restaurant and bar had a good selection of food, and the service was great. the rooms were clean with a choice of foam or feather pillows. the location was easy to get to the areas we needed to be, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Honestly no complains at all. Clean hotel, caring staff & perfect location to Gettysburg visitor center. Location short walk to Movie theatre and Appalachian brewing company, the various stores, and a good area.

We caught the latest Hollywood blockbuster at the nearby Gateway Theater with its massive digital screens, and then had a spooky time on a ghost tour starting at the Farnsworth House Inn. It was amazing!
The only thing we wished for was more late-night entertainment options for young party-goers like us. But overall, the stay was lit!

The Wyndham in Gettysburg provided a perfect base for our family's historical tour of the town. The patriotic decor and civil war-themed lobby truly immersed us in the local history, setting the stage for our visit to the Strategic Leadership Center, where we gained valuable insights from the battlefield. The convenient location meant we could catch the latest Hollywood blockbuster at Gateway Theater, just steps away, making our family movie night both memorable and effortless.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience with more engaging activities for kids.
